Website use
These terms concern the public Omnisio Team website and its informational and enquiry functions, operated by Oney Finansal Danışmanlık Turizm ve Dış Ticaret AŞ, Esentepe Mah. Kore Şehitleri Cad. Yonca Apt. No:1-3 Daire 6, 34394 Şişli/İstanbul/Türkiye. Effective date: 11 October 2026. The consumer Omnisio application, store and purchases have their own applicable terms. Access to the real Team platform is governed by the relevant customer agreement and authorised account permissions. This page does not replace a signed organisational agreement or require existing customers to purchase access again.
Enquiries, demonstrations and purchases
An enquiry asks us to contact you about the indicated service. A receipt confirms only that the request was recorded; it does not confirm a booked appointment, contract, payment or device shipment. An isolated sample workspace contains labelled illustrative data and is not your organisation’s production environment. Product configuration, included equipment, connectivity charges, pricing and service scope are confirmed in the applicable quotation and agreement. The website does not create a free-trial or paid-subscription entitlement.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use only accounts and organisational access you are authorised to use. Do not share credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious content, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to disclose. Send only information relevant to the enquiry. Do not test real accounts by guessing passwords. Report suspected misuse through the verified support or security contact. These conditions do not replace the customer organisation’s access-management responsibilities.
Product information and professional judgement
Omnisio Team provides the documented performance and operational decision-support functions available in the configured service. Measurements, derived indicators, illustrations and staff decisions are not interchangeable. Hardware performance depends on its model, configuration, environment and required accessories. Nothing on this site is a medical diagnosis, a guarantee of injury prevention, an automatic return-to-play clearance or a promise of a particular performance outcome. Qualified staff remain responsible for their decisions. Mandatory statutory obligations are not excluded by this statement.
Images, names and third-party materials
Product names and images identify the described Omnisio offering and, where shown, partner hardware. Visible manufacturer markings remain on genuine product photographs. A club name in a controlled demonstration does not establish an endorsement, commercial relationship or access to that club’s real data. Intellectual-property rights remain with their respective holders. Use of the site does not grant permission to reuse protected marks or content beyond applicable law or a separate licence.
Mandatory rights and contact
Nothing in these website terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and personal-data rights. Any governing-law or dispute provision in a customer agreement remains subject to those mandatory rules. Changes to this page do not retroactively change a signed customer contract.
