The professional workspace

One working context, from athlete to team.

A daily decision rarely belongs to one screen or one person. Omnisio Team organises athlete information, training workflows and staff review so that the next step can be discussed with its context intact.

Start the day with a review, not a verdict.

The overview, morning briefing and Command Center organise the information that needs attention. A category is a starting point for review; it is not a diagnosis or an instruction to ignore the athlete’s own report.

Keep the athlete’s story together.

Players and segments help staff move between an individual and the relevant group. Open the available profile, observations and history without treating a missing measurement as a normal one. Where the timeline is enabled, use it to follow the sequence of recorded events.

Connect the planned work with the recent work.

Use the Load Planner, Training Center and enabled programmes to review what is scheduled alongside what has been recorded. A rest day, a missing sync and an unrecorded session are different states. Keep that distinction when discussing the next session.

Review the session that was recorded.

Bring enabled session and match views into the same review. Field metrics are shown only when the source, assignment and ingestion workflow provide them. Position, distance, speed and movement are not interchangeable with personal recovery.

Keep the right people in the review.

Availability and return workflows, the Nutrition Center and staff observations belong within their authorised roles. A coach, a practitioner and an IT administrator do not need the same information. Return-to-play decisions remain with the qualified staff responsible for the athlete.

Turn information into a reviewable discussion.

AI Insights and enabled reporting views help staff review the information the platform is permitted to use. They are not a substitute for source data, a guarantee of a correct conclusion or an automatic medical recommendation. Management and club settings keep the working environment organised.

Start with the way your organisation works.

  1. Define the working scope

Identify the staff roles, squads, use cases and outputs that matter to your organisation.

  2. Agree the data workflow

Confirm which sources will be connected, which permissions are required and which hardware workflow fits the venue.

  3. Verify the experience before the handover

Validate account access, source availability and the selected staff journeys in the agreed environment.

Frequently asked questions

Does every staff member see every athlete record?

No. The application applies the relevant organisation, squad, role and sharing boundaries. Access is not granted simply because someone can open a page or administer a device.

Can one person work with more than one organisation?

Where the existing account has authorised memberships, the organisation context is selected within the application. One membership must not grant access to another organisation’s data.

Is an AI-generated result a medical recommendation?

No. Review the permitted source information and apply professional judgement. The platform does not diagnose a condition or grant medical clearance.
